What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We typically bill by the hour at $120 per hour. Some packages are flat rate for estate plans and deeds. Please see our pricing here in the app for those services.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We do a call with the customer to discuss their needs and determine if we can assist. If the customer agrees we take their email address and send them our engagement contract and an invoice. Once the contract is signed and the invoice is paid we will begin working on your case.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our founder has been working as a Paralegal since 1996 and has worked in the following areas: Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Immigration, Estate Planning, Probate, Estate and Trust Administration, Medical-Malpractice Forensics, Business and Real Estate Law, Wine Import/Export and International Trade. She has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience over the years and has taken paralegal studies, is a certified fiduciary, an alumni of SF State with a BA in International Relations, she is a registered and Bonded legal document preparer in San Francisco and is a bonded Notary Public.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our founder was always fascinated with legal arguments and the way of analyzing and thinking about cases in new and different ways. She started out working in law firms during her first year of college and the rest is history!

What types of customers have you worked with?

Our company strives to offer support to people of all income levels and at all stages of their cases. We believe everyone should be able to have access to and be empowered by the laws meant to protect us. We are here to help in any way we can. We offer payment plans for most services upon request.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We have been working on a trust administration where we cleaned out and sold: five real properties, one business, 15 Vehicles transferred, filed taxes dating back to 2019, paid off all the debts for the decedent all while managing the feuding amongst the heirs and interested parties. We have been working on this case for three years now in the San Francisco Probate Court.
